Hm. I'll be busy and hoping for even an hour to write each day. Good luck, though, and I'll be keeping up with your progress! I love procrastinating...you're right about the longhand.jsmarslenderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15357183107911148647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5369580024868519481.post-33314492374584587342009-11-03T06:56:52.513-06:002009-11-03T06:56:52.513-06:00No dice. I did it a few years ago and I'm glad...No dice. I did it a few years ago and I'm glad I did. I had a story idea that I really wanted to write. I also had a job that wasn't mentally taxing, no social life where I lived (having just moved to Austin) and a roommate who was a coach and therefore not shy about telling me to get my butt in the chair and write. And I wasn't traveling over Thanksgiving. None of those things are currently true, so I'm out this year. But I wish you luck. I did find it helpful to post my word count and where I was supposed to be, word-count-wise (number of days times 1667 words) on my blog every day. That way I knew that people would know if I was behind. Gave me a little bit of accountability.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13435350880681385411noreply@blogger.com
